Troubleshooting Tips • Over-temperature protection: Turn the knob to the water position for 20 seconds to cool down the machine. • Beeping and flashing indicators: Turn the knob to the off position to stop the beeping. • No coffee or water output: Reinstall the water tank and let hot water flow for 20 seconds. • Setting the brew volume: Press and hold the 1/2 cup button, then press again when desired volume is reached.
Milk Foaming Tips • Use cold whole milk • Don't insert the steam wand too deep, keep it at a 30-60° angle • Keep the wand just below the milk surface for best frothing
Achieving Ideal Pressure • If pressure is too low, use finer grounds, add more grounds, or increase tamping pressure • If pressure is too high, reduce the amount of grounds or decrease tamping pressure
