SHARDOR's versatile coffee scale offers two smart modes to cater to various brewing methods. In the M1 Mode for pour-over coffee, the scale guides you through the process, from soaking the filter to automatically recording the powder weight. The M2 Mode for espresso coffee allows you to weigh the portafilter, add the coffee powder, and start the extraction process, with the intelligent system automatically resetting to zero and recording the liquid weight and extraction time.

When charging the SHARDOR coffee scale, please ensure that the physical switch on the side is turned on. It is recommended to use a 5V DC1A-2A adapter. The scale's maximum weight capacity is 73 oz, and it can measure espresso shot extraction time in the M2 Mode.

To use the tare function, simply press the right power key to reset the weight to zero after placing a container or other item on the scale. The coffee scale provides two weighing units, grams and ounces, which can be easily switched by double-clicking the "T" button.
